Bachelor of Technology in Fine Art
Requirements:
ENTRANCE AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
In addition to the provisions of Rule G23 the following rules shall apply:
The departmental selection panel, consisting of at least the Head of the Department of Fine Art and Jewellery Design and two members of staff, will evaluate the student’s potential to pursue a higher programme of study at the required academic level, taking into account:
- An interview in which the student motivates for study at a higher level
- The student’s results in Art Theory 3, and the Major Practical 3 subject in which they intend to specialize
- A written proposal in the B Tech format in which the student outlines their proposed area of study
