Update of DUT Registration Process Following the Campus Shutdown

UPDATE OF DUT REGISTRATION PROCESS FOLLOWING THE CAMPUS SHUTDOWN

MEDIA STATEMENT FROM THE VICE-CHANCELLOR AND PRINCIPAL OF DUT, PROFESSOR AHMED C. BAWA

The Durban University of Technology wants to reassure those students who qualify for admission but have not yet registered, that they will be processed as soon as the University is ready to recommence with the registration programme. DUT will be contacting qualifying first year students telephonically, to advise them of their specific registration arrangements. We also request that all returning students, who still need to register, must monitor their DUT4life email accounts for updates from the University. We will be communicating with our students and staff next week, when we hope to announce a timeline for the campus to reopen. We will give students advance notice of the dates for the reopening of the residences and for the resumption of the academic calendar.
