MASTER OF HEALTH SCIENCES TECHNOLOGY: DENTAL TECHNOLOGY (MHDNT1)
This full research qualification is aligned to Rule G24 in the General Student Handbook. This 180 credits qualification is offered at NQF level 9. The student will conduct independent research under guidance in Dental Technology, and contribute to knowledge production in that field. The research problem, its justification, process and outcome is reported in a dissertation, which complies with the generally accepted norms for the research at that level. Ultimately, the graduate will make a valuable contribution to the existing body of knowledge and initiate change that will help to develop and advance the profession of Dental Technology. The minimum duration of the programme is one (1) of study and the maximum duration is three (3) years of study.
