We would like students and staff to attend our “happimaps” event in the space outside the student financial support services entrance, on Wednesday 30th September 2015. It will start at 12 noon, and carry on until late afternoon. There will be a variety of fun, interactive activities.
At “happimaps”, students will be able to find out more about happitecture, and how they can influence their campus spaces. They will be able to communicate which spaces on campus make them happy, and identify unhappy spaces which need attention and improvement. This is a chance for users of campus space to talk about their experience of spaces on campus, and influence campus planning.
There will be assistance with free downloads of the Ushahidi Crowdmap for the campus, which is called Happitecture2@UFC. After downloading, students can record and comment directly about campus conditions on their cellphones, and see what other users are saying.
