This sector is responsible for:

  • Academic Data
    • Academic data service the function of ensuring accurate reflection of the curriculum on the ERP system. The curriculum set up for ensuring effectiveness in all student processes and student life cycle within DUT. Qualification and Course Information capturing along with accreditation information such as SAQA IDs along with NQF levels.
    • The division further serves as a support unit for Academic Departments within DUT for effective interpretation of the curriculum and decision making.
    • Reporting tools on the curriculum are provided to all stakeholders within DUT throughout the year. Ensure academic structure stability and contribute to a positive user experience by monitoring service performance and providing end-user support for the curriculum.
    • 1st Line support is provided to academic staff and faculty staff on the curriculum.
