DUT Is Not Accepting Walk-Ins For Registrations

Please note that the Durban University is not accepting walks-ins for registrations.

Applications for study at DUT closed on 30 September 2013. The University has made student pre-selections and we are not encouraging walk-ins. However, after registration, we will consider accepting late applicants if space allows us to do this. So, one can contact the DUT department that is running the programme that they want to study after 20 January 2014 for semester programmes and 27 January for annual programmes.

DUT plans to enrol 7 177 new students this year (2014). The University received 76 000 applications for first year and semester places in 2014.

Registrations start on Monday next week (January 13, 2014). Please refer to the DUT website for the full registration time-table. Please note that the open week for late registrations for semester students begins on Monday 20 January 2014 ending on Friday 24 January 2014. Open week for late registrations for annual students begins on Monday 27 January 2014 ending on Friday 31 January 2014.
