Legendary Kwaito star and South African TV personality Kabelo “Bouga Luv” Mabalane will have an exclusive interview with RadioDUT, the official DUT radio station, and tour the University, taking pictures with students, on Monday next week (02 February 2014).

The multi-award winning star who made his break during the times of TKZEE, a successful SA kwaito music group formed by Mabalane,
Tokollo Tshabalala and Zwai Bala, will be discussing his latest project “Matimba” which means strength and power in Tsonga. This single is from his much anticipated album ‘Immortal volume 3’ which will be released early this year.

Many would remember that the father of three has been away from the music scene but has been focusing on his Mzansi Magic show Kabelo’s Bootcamp. On this show, Mabalane takes 10 overweight South Africans through an eleven week course to lose weight. All contestants work towards one goal, which is to lose the highest percentage of weight possible.

RadioDUT Station Manager, Sibusiso Nxumalo said his team is delighted to have secured an interview with Mabalane. “We are waiting anxiously to meet one of South Africa’s super stars. The opportunity will also be represented to the DUT community,” he said.
Mabalane will be interviewed by Luyanda Khambule on the Feel Good Breakfast Show at 10am. RadioDUT listeners are urged to stay tuned to their favourite radio station and its social networking sites for more details on the interview.

DUT students will also get an opportunity to meet and greet Mabalane as well as take pictures with the artist.
