In addition to Rule G23 the following shall apply:

Research Methodology 4 or its equivalent is a pre-requisite.

The student must have been awarded the BTech: Information Technology or an Honors degree in Business Data Processing or the equivalent.

INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMME

Students will be selected by a research supervisor from the Department, and selected students will be required to write and defend a research proposal according to the requirements of the department, the Faculty, and, the University’s research committees. A research project will be undertaken by each candidate and they will be required to write a dissertation to be examined by a panel of examiners appointed by the University. It is recommended from each candidate to publish at least one research publication.
