DUT Open Week

DUT Open Week

Durban University of Technology will be hosting its annual Open Week for high schools students between 18 and 20 May 2016.

All DUT academic departments from the six DUT faculties will participate in the event, giving high school pupils an excellent opportunity to find out more about the DUT programmes that appeal to  them.

In 2015, more than 11000 high school students attended the DUT Open Week. The academic departments at DUT have promised to make their exhibition stands attractive, exciting and interactive. Experts will also be available to answer all questions. The idea is to expose DUT to the high school pupils who attend the event so that they can better understand the opportunities that the University can offer. Importantly, the DUT Open Week expo will also include Student Counselling, Financial Aid, Student Housing and the Central Applications Office who will also be available to assist pupils with their queries and applications.

On Saturday, 21 May 2016, the DUT Open Week expo will be open to all interested members of the public and we encourage all parents and guardians to visit between 09H00 and 12H30. The DUT Open Week expo is taking place at the Fred Crookes Sports Centre on the Steve Biko Campus in Durban.

Entry is free and we look forward to seeing you there.
