About the Presentation
Jessica and Andrew have been working with the NPOs, Senzokuhle Home Based Care Organisation and the Carrots and Peas kitchen, as well as assisting in the Youth Digital Media Archive Labs held at DUT. They will be presenting on their experiences in the Kenneth Gardens Community as well as the technology tools that they have introduced to the community leaders. Andrew will also present the photography he has taken and the promotional video he has created.
About the Presenter
Jessica and Andrew are undergraduate students at the University of California at Santa Cruz studying Global Information and Social Enterprise Studies and are student fellows within the university’s Everett Program. Over the past two and a half months Andrew and Jessica have been collaborating with the non-profit organizations and special projects going on in the Kenneth Gardens to document and assist in teaching valuable tech skills to community leaders.
