I obtained my LLM degree in 2005, and therefter a PhD (Business Law) degree from DUT in 2018. My field of expertise is in Coporate Law, with particular reference to corporate governance and corporate social responsibility. I am married with 3 children. Social Science, LLB, PDGM, Master in Business Administration Bio: Mrs Womack lectured part-time at Technikon Natal for 9 years and then full time for the Durban University of Technology (previously, DIT) for the past 17 years. Mrs Womack is also an admitted practicing Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary.
