The Department of Biotechnology and Food Technology at Durban University of Technology invite you to attend our Annual Food Product Launch at which we will showcase novel foods and food products developed by our final year students. This exciting event will highlight new developments in creating foods that have potential marketability. The products are a culmination of research undertaken by the students over the last six months and the students will compete for best product through taste panels and presentations.
