Oludare Ayodeji Sokoya completed his BSc (Eng.) degree in August 2001 in the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, MSc (Eng.) from University of KwaZulu Natal in 2005 and a PhD from the University of Pretoria. Dr. Sokoya has worked with various institutions which include; Philips Project Centre, Nigeria, Meraka Institute (Managed by the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research), South Africa and ZTE Corporation South Africa. He is currently a Senior lecturer in the Department of Electronic Engineering at the Durban University of Technology. His research interests are in advanced physical layer technologies for wireless communication.
