He completed a course work module which is part of the of the Masters degree on Translation & Interpreting at UKZN. He is currently studying towards an MTech degree focusing on terminology development. He received two awards:- for being the best linguistics student at UKZN and for the best teacher from SADTU. He currently reviews literature work/s for the literature exhibitions and awards. His interest is also on intercultural studies and linguistics. He lectures translation, interpreting, intercultural studies and isiZulu and in the department. |

She lectures South African Sign Language and Communication. She submitted her Master’s Degree in June and is currently awaiting results. She is also involved in curriculum development for the Language Practice programme at the University. |

She has been part of the DUT family for the past 12 years, both as a student and as an employee. She is currently busy with editing her thesis, for her MTech degree and is due to submit in January 2019. Her interests are in translation and interpreting. She lectures interpreting, translation, proof reading and text analysis. She is the co-ordinator of the Translation & Interpreting Academic Awards. |

Over and above the technical duties, he also assists with co-ordination of Interpreting services special projects. He has vast production experience having worked in various sectors for Private Companies, Academic Institutions and Government Departments. He holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UKZN, BTech Business Administration (DUT) and National Diploma in Performing Arts Administration (DUT). |
