Bio: Mrs Dube graduated with MEng: Chemical at Durban University of Technology. The MEng research area was water treatment, which was the degradation of pollutants in river water using mTiO2. Mrs Dube is currently a DEng candidate focusing on the ‘Synthesis and evaluation for Bio-derived absorbent for Deep Eutectic Solvents (DES) at Infinite Dilution Activity Coefficient. Mrs Dube graduated Cum Laude: National Diploma in Chemical Engineering and continued to complete her Bachelor of Technology: Chemical at Durban University of Technology. Mrs Dube has 4+ years of chemical industrial experience where she successfully completed her training as a process engineer. Her future plans are to be more involved in technologies of the industrial revolution specifically in chemical process industries but not limited to, and to build her research in this area. She was and is fully involved in curriculum development in the department of Chemical Engineering for the new qualification.

Area of Expertise: Water treatment, Thermodynamics and Green Engineering.
