All DUT staff members are encouraged to complete the “My DUT Staff Experience Survey” before the deadline on Wednesday, 19 September 2012. The survey is for institutional quality assurance and improvement purposes only and asks about your experience at DUT and how you think it can be improved. It should take 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Your views are important as they will help to improve your, and fellow staff members’, experience at DUT. This survey contributes to DUT’s approach of evidence-based reflection and improvement.

Complete the survey online:

1. Open the email sent to you from “DUTSurveys” with the subject “My DUT Staff Experience Survey”.
2. Click on the link in the email to open the survey.
3. Complete the survey and submit.

Paper-based surveys will be supplied on request.

Note that your response is anonymous. The data for the MY DUT Staff Experience Survey is collected using Evasys software. The method for emailed questionnaires is such that there is no connection between the individual email address/recipient and the survey data, i.e. the method guarantees anonymity.
