Lecturer: Dr DRE (Daniel) Ewim Tel: 031 373 5469 Email: daniele@dut.ac.za Location: Durban Campus: Steve Biko Campus Qualification(s): B. Eng., M. Eng., PGCE, B. Ed (Honors), PhD (Eng). Bio: Dr Daniel Ewim obtained his B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineering option) in 2006 from the Federal University of Technology Owerri Nigeria and his M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering (Energy Studies option) in 2012, from the University of Agriculture Makurdi Nigeria. He completed his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Pretoria in 2019. In addition to his engineering degrees, he earned a PGCE and a B.Ed. (Honors) in Mathematics Education from the University of South Africa in 2017 and 2019, respectively. His research interests include thermofluids, nanofluids, clean energy, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), refrigeration, and engineering education. |
