Bio: Dr. Elutunji Buraimoh (M’20), IEEE, USA, is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and served as Part-time Lecturer in the Department Electrical Power Engineering, Durban University of Technology, Durban, South Africa. He received the Bachelor of Technology with Honours B.Tech. (Hons.) degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Master of Science degree (M.Sc.) degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineerin, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife; and the Doctor of Engineering (D.Eng.) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Durban University of Technology, Durban. His research interests are in Inverter-based microgrids, renewable energy, power systems control, and flexible alternating current transmission system (FACTS) controllers. Dr. Buraimoh is a Registered Engineer with the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN); Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. He is registered as a Candidate Engineering Technologist with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). Dr Buraimoh is a recipient of the European Union Scholarship for International Ph.D. Exchange, University of Valladolid, Spain, under the Erasmus+ KA107 Project; recipient of the Best Paper Award at the Clemson University Power Systems Conference, Clemson, SC, USA, held on March 10–13, 2020. At DUT’s Annual Research & Innovation Awards, Dr Buraimoh was the recipient of the award of “Field Weighted Citation Impact (FWCI) Recognition”, Nov 2020. .
