Bio: Prof Manduth Ramchander is an Associate Professor in the Department of Operations and Quality Management at the Durban University of Technology.  His qualifications include: BPaed(Sc), NDip (Engineering), DMS, MBA and DCom. He has previously lectured at the University of Zululand and thereafter at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He has published in the fields of Teaching and Learning, Entrepreneurship Education, Research Methodology, and Operations and Quality Management.

Bio: Kogie Chellan is the Secretary in the Department of Operations and Quality Management. She has completed her B.Tech in Business Administration from Durban University of Technology.

Bio: Prof Shalini Singh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Operations and Quality Management at the Durban University of Technology.  Her qualifications are in Chemistry, Quality and Nanotechnology. She has also lectured at Universities in Switzerland, Germany and India. She is a member of the Higher Education Quality Forum for Quality. Prof Singh has published several chapters of books and manuscripts in accredited academic journals, and presented in Air pollution, Quality, Nanotechnology and Research Methodology related conferences nationally and internationally.

Bio: Dr. Trevor Naidoo is a senior lecturer in the Department of Operations & Quality Management. I have a PhD in Quality Management and my area of specialization is in the field of Operations, Quality, Entrepreneurship and Project Management. I’m also supervising Masters students and Chairing the Student Disciplinary Committee for the University.

Bio: Miss Noloyiso Nogaya is a lecturer in the Department of Operations and Quality Management at the Durban University of Technology . She holds a qualification in Operations management and Quality . Her subject area of interest is on Operations Management Techniques, quantitative methods and Operations Management. She has experience in the automotive sector within the field of quality.

Bio: Mrs Prudence Nomsa Ximba is a lecturer at the Department of Operations and Quality Management. She received her master’s degree in Business Administration from University of KwaZulu Natal. Her subject area of interests includes Operations, Operations Management Techniques, Introduction to Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. She has been involved in reviewing masters’ proposals. 

Bio: R. Moodaliyar is a lecturer in the department of Operations and Quality Management. He has qualifications in the field of Quality, Production Management and Organisation and Work Study.

Bio: Dr Xhanti Dyonase is a lecturer in the Department of Operations and Quality Management, He has competed his PhD in Engineering Management with UJ in 2022. He has over 5 years industry experience and his interests are mainly on Lean Six Sigma and Quality Management.

Bio: Raveen Rathilall is a lecturer in the department of Operations and Quality Management. His educational background encompasses qualifications in Engineering, Statistics, and Quality. His research focuses on process optimisation through the application of statistical engineering, quality management principles, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

Bio: Robin Ramlagan is a Lecturer in the Department of Operations and Quality Management at the Durban University of Technology.  His qualifications are in Work Study, Operations Management and Quality. He lectures Operations Management, Quality Management Systems, Project Management and Organisational effectiveness. He has also lectured Work study at UNISA and trained Operations management staff in the motor industry. He is a member of the Southern African Society for Quality (SASQ). Robin Ramlagan has vast experience in Curriculum Design of Contact and Online Distance Learning (ODL) programmes.

Bio: Miss Lindokuhle Ntuli is an Ngap lecturer in the Department of Operations & Quality Management. Her subject area of interests includes Operations Management, Organisational effectiveness, and Entrepreneurship. She holds a master’s degree in management sciences specialising in Business Administration at Durban University of Technology. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Management Sciences, specialising in Business Administration. She has published in the field of Entrepreneurship.
