Technology Transfer and Innovation (TTI) is under the Research, Innovation and Engagement (RIE)  division that is dedicated to driving innovation that fosters sustainable change in local economic growth and social benefits.

Our mission is to facilitate the advancement and commercialisation of innovative research developed within Durban University of technology (DUT), ensuring that these innovations are effectively utilized for the greater good. The TTI Unit is committed to empowering researchers and innovators through comprehensive support and resources.
