The Central Timetabling Office (CTO), situated within Student Administration, is responsible for administration,
co-ordination and managing the scheduling of the lecture timetable for classes, tutorials and practicals, and
other administrative support activities. This office plays a crucial role in ensuring that students and staff have
access to well-organized timetable in order to support teaching and learning in the University.

 

CTO key responsibilities incorporate the following;
  • Planning and co-ordinating the preparation and finalization of lecture timetables.
  • Gathering timetable requirements and creating the lecture timetable.
  • Publishing of the lecture timetable online.
  • Servicing lecture timetable requests, changes and queries.
  • Conducting lecture timetable workshops.
  • Conducting lecture timetable experience surveys.
  • Conducting teaching space usage and capacity audit.
