Modupe Cecilia Mewomo is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Pretoria. Furthermore, she completed a specialized course in construction adjudication from the University of Pretoria in 2014. Her specialization is in construction law, dispute resolution, quantity surveying practice, construction management, and procurement. Currently, she oversees the Master and Doctoral research as the chairperson for the CMQS Department research committee (DRC).

Dr Aiyetan, Ayodeji Olatunji is a Senior Lecturer and Head of Department of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying at the Durban University of Technology, Durban. D Aiyetan holds the following qualifications: B.Sc. Building (1986), M.Sc. Construction Management (both at A.B.U Zaria, Nigeria) and Ph.D. Construction Management 2011 (NMU, PE, South Africa).  Dr Aiyetan has published DHET accredited Journal and Conference papers at both National and Internationally.

Dr. Armoed is a lecturer with nine years of experience in the South African engineering and construction built environment with both private and public sector projects. Over the past five years, Dr. Armoed has been based at the Durban University of Technology; teaching students from various social and cultural backgrounds. She is a registered candidate with the South African Council of Quantity Surveying Professionals, a member of the Personalized Engineering Education in Southern Africa which is a EURACE initiative in line with 4IR; the Co-Academic Chairperson of the Association of Schools of Construction of Southern Africa Conference; a member of the Institutions Bid Committee. Dr. Armoed possesses exceptional departmental executive administrative, verbal communication and written skills along with constructive and effective multi modal teaching methods, that promotes an interactive learning environment for her staff and students.

Bio: Dr. Anugwo is a lecturer in the Department of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying, at the Durban University of Technology (DUT). Dr. Anugwo’s qualifications include a PhD in Construction Management, MSc in Built Environment: Project Management, and BTech in Project Management Technology (First Degree Honours). His departmental responsibilities include, but not limited to lecturing, teaching, research, administrative duties, and supervision of postgraduate students, publishing of academic papers; as well as professional community engagement and industry associations. 61 year old Registered as both a Construction Manager (Pr. CM) & Construction Project Manager (Pr. CPM) and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)42 years of construction and teaching experience (from 1979) served as the Head of Department at TWR and UJ for 13 years and 1 year as acting Head of Department at DUT for 13 months and serving as Deputy HoD at DUT for 14 Months. Served as President of the South African Institute of Building & Chartered Institute of Building (Southern Africa) (2001-2002). Served as First President of the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) for 4 years. Served as an Executive Member of the Council for the Built Environment (CBE) for 2 years and resigned to serve as an ordinary member for 2 years. Was appointed to serve as a Member of the National Stakeholders Forum of the CIDB for a year. Mr Fester was unable to serve as he moved from Johannesburg to Durban. Additionally, Mr Fester served as the President of the Association of Schools of Construction Southern Africa (ASOCSA) for 5 years from 2011-2016) and is Company Secretary of ASOCSA (non-remunerative position)

Bio: Dr C. Okorafor received his Bachelor of Science degree in Building from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria and obtained an M: Tech degree in Construction Management at the Tshwane University of Technology, Pretoria, South Africa. He further obtained his doctoral degree in Civil Engineering at the Central University of Technology, Free State, South Africa.
Currently, he is a Contract Lecturer at the Department of Construction Management & Quantity Surveying in the Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, Durban University of Technology, Durban, South Africa. Dr C. Okorafor has over 15 years of academic and industry experience.Qualification & Institution: D: Eng in Civil Engineering
