The Basic Medical Sciences Anatomy Museum possesses over 100 expertly plastinated and cadaveric resin casts, including both upper and lower limbs, torso sections and organs.
The museum is housed in the lower levels of the department, in close proximity to the Dissecting Halls, and the office of the Senior Anatomy Technician Mr. A Mkhize. To comply with strict security and ethics protocols, access to the museum is limited to registered Anatomy or Physiology students.
