Co-operative Education is an integral component of the Analytical Chemistry curriculum, and is designed to serve the needs of industry and their community. For this purpose, the curricula is aimed at the application of analytical knowledge and skills in the chemical industry under supervision, including experimental design and applied research relevant to the chemical industry. Mechanisms are currently in place to ensure input from our Chemical Industrial partners through the Advisory Board Committee, which is in keeping with DUT’s mission of ensuring service delivery and appropriately qualified graduates.
