BIOGRAPHY

Bwalya Lungu has been an educational technologist at the University’s Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching since 2010. She provides eLearning academic support to the faculties of Management Sciences, Arts and Design, Health Sciences, General Education (Cornerstone) and the Writing Centre. Bwalya is interested in innovative uses of digital technologies in teaching and learning in higher education. She leads a webinar series in the use of interactive media platforms for enhancing student engagement, exploring Tiktok, Spotify for podcasting and YouTube for vodcasting. She has a keen research interest in decolonial studies and coordinates a project on epistemic decolonisation. She is registered for a Master’s (Fine Arts) with expected completion in 2024.
