Curriculum Conversations

Curriculum Conversations

The Curriculum Conversation sessions provide a space for academic staff to reflect, critique and share possibilities for learning teaching and assessment. The sessions also focus on responding to curriculum and pedagogy tensions. Within the sessions there is an emphasis on encouraging staff to engage in critical scholarly reflection on practices by examining the assumptions that have shaped practices, challenges experienced, possible changes needed and associated risks or consequences of such actions. Attention is drawn to existing challenges that have impacted higher education in relation to knowledge production, curriculum choices and pedagogical practices.
