• Academic Induction Programme

The programme offers newly appointed staff a multidisciplinary space to network with each other and share ideas. It aims to introduce staff to learning, teaching and assessment policies, approaches and practices in higher education and DUT specifically and is underpinned by a transformative intention that promotes critical reflection and reflexivity and participants researching their own practice.
