BIOGRAPHY

Prega Naidoo provides eLearning technical support to the DUT community of eLearning users. His background in agile development has allowed him to build his skillset and problem-solving techniques, working with learning management systems (LMSs) and their associated systems such as third-party software, eBooks and proctoring systems.

In 2014, Prega was awarded the Erasmus Aesop scholarship that provided him with the opportunity to study at the University of Latvia. There, Prega was able to build a global network with like-minded professionals and peers.

Prega is currently registered for a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technologies. His research centres around Higher Education (HE) adaptations of eLearning systems in global crises.

Prega has a passion for greening society — a priority expressed in the    University’s Envision2030. With local community members, he has planted over 100 trees in polluted areas.
