BIOGRAPHY

Dr Rosheena Jeawon serves in Curriculum Development, focusing on supporting curriculum design, review, and transformation initiatives that enhance student learning and success.

She previously served as Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Coordinator and Coordinator of Academic Advising within the Student Support Unit, and has extensive experience as an Academic Development Practitioner, coordinating academic staff development in areas such as curriculum design, the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, staff induction, academic advising, and teaching excellence initiatives.

Dr Jeawon specialises in student academic development and success, with over 10 years of experience in higher education. Her research interests include assessment practices and effective support systems for first-year students.
