BIOGRAPHY

Dr Rosheena Jeawon currently serves as RPL coordinator at the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching. She has been a Co-ordinator of Academic Advising in the Student Support Unit at CELT for the past year. She also served as an ADP, where she coordinated academic staff’s continuous professional development activities such as: Curriculum design and development, Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, Staff induction, VC Teaching Excellence Award and Academic advising. Her field of specialization are in student academic development and success with over 10years experience from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal. Her research areas are in assessment, and effective support systems for First Year students in higher education.
