  • Advanced Diploma in Information and Communications Technology in Applications Technology (Durban University of Technology), 2021.
  • Diploma in Information and Communications Technology in Applications Technology (Durban University of Technology), 2020.

BIOGRAPHY

Siphiwe Biyela is a TLZ Help Desk Technician at the Durban University of Technology. She supports staff and students with the Learning Management System (Moodle). Providing technical support through email, Microsoft Teams, and telephonic communication.

With a background in WordPress development, Siphiwe has a strong track record in designing and implementing user-friendly websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress plugins. Her role has included optimizing interfaces, conducting usability testing, and resolving technical challenges to enhance user experiences.

Siphiwe began her career in higher education as a WordPress Developer intern and later expanded her expertise in technical support, and web development. She is passionate about using technology to solve complex problems, improve service delivery, and drive organizational growth.
